Return Process

If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer support team within the 30-day return window. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number.

Once you have the return authorization number, please securely package the product and include all the necessary items. Make sure to write the return authorization number on the outside of the package.

After we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria. If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

While we strive to accept returns for most products, there are some items that are non-returnable. These include:

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or negligence

Shipping Costs

Exchanges
